Reaching Black Excellence || Empowering Others

There is indeed, a level of excellence, to strive to meet.
As a black man, I could feel I'm living against all odds. Yet, the odds are all in my favor.
Each day, I reach my goals of being a better person.
Every challenge I face, shapes and molds me into the being I wish to be.
I realize that leading by example is essential, seeing that I have seen few great examples of People in my life.
Becoming more proactive and playing a major role in every aspect of my life.
Empowering others is hands down one of the most fulfilling feelings I've encountered.
To motivate others to be great makes life greater.
From work, home, community, and every other setting, my knowledge, wisdom, and understanding is needed.
It is my purpose to lead.
There is light shining in me and all around me.
There is no task I cannot complete.
Whatever it is I am called to do I can fulfill.
There is nothing that is impossible when you Empower others and you surround yourself with excellence.
It is no threat Empowering others, when you Empower them with sound understanding.
Through repetition, patience, and positive reinforcement all things we set out to do, we will prosper and succeed.
